Winter cleanup
Driveways and walking routes need different care.
Tell us which surfaces need clearing. We review vehicle access for plowing and the sidewalks, steps, and entry paths that need shoveling. Your estimate sets out the agreed areas and where snow can be placed.
- Snow plowing for suitable driveways and accessible areas
- Snow shoveling for agreed sidewalks, steps, and entry paths
- Property access, snow placement, and timing confirmed before service
Winter service questions
How do I arrange snow service?
Send your address, driveway details, and the paths or steps you need cleared. Contact us before snow is expected when possible so we can discuss property access and route availability. A request is not a confirmed booking until we agree on service.
Can I request service after it snows?
Call or text to check current availability. Scheduling depends on the storm, travel conditions, and the existing route. We will confirm whether we can reach your property and discuss timing before you rely on a visit.
What affects the estimate?
The area to clear, snow depth and condition, driveway layout, steps, obstacles, and access affect the work. Tell us about slopes, narrow entrances, parked vehicles, and any snow left across the driveway entrance.
Does snow clearing include salting or ice treatment?
This page covers plowing and shoveling. If you need salting or ice treatment, ask us to confirm availability and pricing separately. Snow clearing alone does not guarantee an ice-free surface.
What if snow continues or the street plow comes back?
Discuss return visits when arranging service. Additional snowfall and snow pushed back into the driveway may require another visit; timing and any additional charge should be confirmed.
How should I prepare the property?
Tell us about curbs, gravel, drains, low fixtures, and landscaping that may be hidden by snow. Arrange vehicle access and identify where snow may be placed before the visit.
